Membership Renewal and Record Update 2025-2026

Dear KBCA Members,

This email is to notify you that membership fees for the Kennedy Bay Community Association Inc. (KBCA) for the 2025-2026 financial year, which commences on 1 July 2025, are now due.

The annual membership fee remains at $10.00 per person.

To ensure our records are accurate and up to date, we are asking all members, both renewing and new, to complete the online membership form for the 2025-2026 year. Please note that a separate form needs to be completed for each individual member.

Your continued membership is vital for the association to continue its work within our community. Prompt renewal ensures you remain a financial member, which entitles you to voting rights at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Failure to renew your membership will result in you ceasing to be a member of the association, and consequently, you will lose your voting rights. A formal notice regarding the date and time of the AGM will be sent out in the coming weeks.

How to Renew Your Membership or Join:

There are two steps to complete your membership:

1. Complete the Form: All new and existing members are asked to fill out the online membership form. This is an important step to ensure we have your correct details, and our records are maintained correctly. You can access the form here: Kennedy Bay Community Association Membership Form 2025/26

2. Make Payment: Payment of $10.00 per person can be made via direct deposit to the association’s bank account.
